At Provident Home Healthcare, if there is a need for transportation to and from a place of employment, adult day support, career planning, employment support, an internship, a drop-off or transfer location, vocational habilitation place, or volunteer activities, we provide non-medical transportation services to our clients. Our specially trained and insured drivers will assist you to the vehicle and stay with you during every moment of your transport, with your well-being and safety as their number one priority.
Companion Care
Our trained direct support specialists work diligently to enhance your emotional and mental well-being through our engaging companion care services. Our caring staff help clients with a variety of tasks including light housekeeping, household chores such as doing laundry and dishes, and running errands. Our friendly staff provide conversation, socialization, and mental stimulation to enrich our clients’ daily experiences.
Shared Living
With the option to receive the support you need while living with a family member or a caregiver, you and your loved ones can be guaranteed to receive individualized care that’s focused solely on your needs to ensure your safety and comfort at your own home. Clients live in their own family’s home and receive personalized care from their family and caregivers with empathy-based care, supervision and activities of daily living, including medication administration.
